France-Rwanda Cooperation: Paul Kagame meets the Young Leaders in Kigali

Under the high patronage of Rwanda, the 30 Young Leaders—mostly Africans—selected by the French-African Foundation are invited to Kigali at the end of February to discuss new economic partnerships between Africa and France.
